SoftsFab ("we", "us", "our") operates the MagiShot mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use MagiShot.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

• Email address
• Username

1.2 User-Uploaded Content

• Photos and images you upload for processing
• Videos and comics generated from your content

1.3 Usage Data

• App usage patterns and feature interactions
• Device information (device type, operating system)
• Purchase history (coins and subscriptions)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and maintain the MagiShot service
• Process your uploaded images to generate content (photos, videos, comics)
• Manage your account and subscription
• Process payments and coin transactions
• Send service-related notifications
• Improve and optimize the App

We do NOT use your uploaded images, photos, or generated content for any purpose outside of providing the App's services to you. Your content is not used for AI training, marketing, or shared with third parties.

3. AI Processing

MagiShot uses artificial intelligence technology to generate and transform content. When you upload images:

• Your images are processed by AI services to generate the requested output
• The AI processing occurs on secure servers
• Your images are not retained by third-party AI services beyond the processing session

4. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Microsoft Azure
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only

5. Data Retention and Deletion

• Your uploaded content and generated images remain on our servers as long as your account is active
• You may delete any uploaded or generated content at any time through the App
• When you delete content, it is permanently removed from our servers
• If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or content with third parties, except:

• When required by law or legal process
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
• With service providers who assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing), under strict confidentiality agreements

7. Children's Privacy

MagiShot is available to users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@softsfab.com.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your generated content before account deletion
• Opt out of non-essential communications

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of MagiShot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
